Compensation and Benefits
Investing in Your Well-Being
At Wimberley Wellness, your compensation is based on a per billable hour rate, with the potential to earn between $65K and $75K annually, influenced by your chosen workload. For those with an LCSW-C, we acknowledge your advanced professional expertise with a higher pay rate, increasing this range. Also, a $2000 starting bonus paid over the first month.
We deeply respect your autonomy and support a flexible work environment. You have the freedom define your ideal work rhythm and set the number of clients you wish to see above a minimum requirement. We value in-office sessions as an important offering to clients, but working from home for telehealth sessions is welcomed and supported, when it works for the client. This flexibility allows you to balance your professional commitments with personal well-being effectively.
Included in your role is experienced and supportive supervision, crucial for those aiming for advanced licensure. It’s part of our commitment to your professional growth and success.
As a W-2 employee, you’ll also benefit from a simpler tax process compared to independent contracting, which means much lower tax liabilities (W2 means the employer pays half of your ‘Fica’ taxes) and easier financial management.
